Ingredients:
2 cup(s) chopped red cabbage
1 head(s) chopped romaine
3/4 pound(s) flank steak
1/4 cup(s) italian dressing
1/4 cup(s) parsley, chopped
1/2 cup(s) roasted red peppers, chopped
salt and pepper
1 can(s) white beans (15.5 oz), rinsed
Directions:
1. Season flank steak with salt and pepper. Broil, 4 to 5 minutes per side for medium-rare; chop.
2. In a bowl, combine romaine, cabbage, white beans, roasted red peppers, and parsley.
3. Add steak to vegetable mixture; toss with Italian dressing.
