I got this from a Wal-Mart recipe card.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lemon rind
1/8 teaspoon red pepper
2 1/2 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce
1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
3/4 cup finely chopped deli turkey
1/2 cup finely chopped salami
1/2 cup finely chopped deli ham
1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
1/3 cup finely chopped radish
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
Directions:
1. Combine mayonnaise, blue cheese, vinegar, lemon juice, lemon rind, and red pepper in a small bowl.
2. Combine lettuce, celery, turkey, salami, ham, carrots, radishes, parsley and chickpeas in a large bowl.
3. Top with dressing and serve.
