Ingredients:
4 cloves garlic
2 cups garbanzo beans, soaked for at least 24 hours,drained and sprouted for 2 days
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 cup lemon juice
2 cups mushrooms, soaked for 3 hours in
nama shoyu (unpasteurized soy sauce)
Directions:
1. Place garlic in processor and chop fine.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and process well.
