  2. Pour batter into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar.
