Chocolate Zucchini Loaf

I use this recipe to disguise the zucchini for my kids. It tastes just like chocolate cake!
Ingredients:
2 c chopped zucchini
1 c canola oil
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
3 c flour
2 c sugar
1/2 c cocoa powder
1 tsp each baking soda and baking powder
glaze
2 c icing sugar
1/2 c cocoa
enough milk to form a thick glaze
Directions:
1. In a blender mix the zucchini, oil, eggs,and vanilla
2. In separate bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and baking soda.
3. Pour wet ingredients into dry, stir to mix.
4. Pour into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans.
5. Bake at 325 for 50-60 minutes. Remove to rack to cool.
6. Glaze when cooled.
