Healthy alternative to a regular milk shake
Ingredients:
1/5 oz unsweetened chocolate(baking)
1 oz low fat milk
4 oz fat free plain yogurt
1 tsp splenda
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients and blend then add crushed ice.
2. Continue blending until ice is gone and shake is desired thickness
