This is a great topping for frosting a cake or putting a dollop on each slice. Good for angel food cake too. This is one that sits in the refrigerator before you whip it.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and blend with a fork.
2. Set in the refrigerator for two hours.
3. Whip and frost the cake.
