Chocolate Upside Down Pudding

This is an old pioneer recipe, but still good today!
Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup milk
4 tablespoons cocoa
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 cups hot water
Directions:
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. Add vanilla, oil and milk. Mix.
3. Press into a greased 9 x 13 pan.
4. Sprinkle cocoa and brown sugar over top, and pour hot water over all. DO NOT STIR.
5. Bake 350 35-40 minutes.
