Chocolate Toffee Truffle

Low fat - healthier version of a goodie!
Ingredients:
1 chocolate sheet cake mix
1 cup applesauce
3/4 carton eggbeaters(egg substitute)
2 large boxes sugar free chocolate pudding mix
milk
16-oz carton lite cool-whip
6-oz package heath sensations bits-o-brickle
1/2 cup pecans
Directions:
1. Make chocolate sheet cake from mix
2. Substitute applesauce for oil in mix
3. Substitute Egg Beaters for eggs in mix, if you want a cake that is lighter in calories and cholesterol(You'll never miss them!!)
4. Bake cake as directed on package
5. Cool and cut into bite size pieces. Freeze remaining cake for another time
6. Make chocolate pudding mix, except use amount of milk called for on package plus one additional cup.
7. In a truffle bowl or any tall clear bowl, layer cake, pudding and Cool Whip, Heath Bits-O-Brickle, and nuts.
8. Refrigerate
9. Serves 12-15, unless you want the whole thing to yourself!! haha
10. This can be made a day ahead. It tastes very sinful, but it is lower in calories and cholesterol than the other way! Mmmmmmm!
