Chocolate Strawberry Cream Cheese Torte

Sweet strawberries, rich chocolate...does it get any better?
Ingredients:
2 1/4 cups ground chocolate graham crackers
6 tablespoons light margarine, melted
2 (8 ounce) packages light cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup egg white
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 teaspoons lemon extract
8 cups frozen strawberries, thawed
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons cornstarch
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. Make crust: Combine finely crushed grahams & margarine in a bowl. Press into an 9X13 baking dish.
3. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer in large bowl. Add sugar, egg whites, and extracts. Beat on high speed 2-3 minutes.
4. Spread cream cheese mixture over crust. Bake 25-30 minutes until set. Cool.
5. Make topping: Drain the thawed berries over a saucepan to collect juices.
6. Whisk in sugar and cornstarch until smooth. Place in saucepan over medium heat, stirring often, until mixture bubbles and thickens. Cool completely.
7. Chill torte and topping.
8. To serve, cut torte into pieces and ladle each serving with strawberry topping.
