Yummy low-fat smoothie.
Ingredients:
2 c. chocolate soy milk, low-fat
2 med. bananas, cut up
2 c. strawberries, frozen
Directions:
1. Blend frozen strawberries & cut-up bananas until smooth. Then add chocolate soy milk and blend well. Serve very cold. Makes about 4 cups.
