Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut margarine into flour until particles are the size of small peas.
  2. Add chopped walnuts.
  3. Mix.
  4. Spread mixture lightly in 9X13 baking pan.
  5. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  6. Cool.
  7. Mix softened cream cheese with one cup of confectionary sugar.
  8. Add 1 1/2 cups cool whip.
  9. Spread over cooled crust.
  10. Next top with one can of Thank You pudding, then top with more cool whip.
  11. Sprinkle top with finely chopped walnuts if desired.
  12. Refrigerate 4-6 hrs.
  13. Can be made the day before needed and refrigerated.
  14. Note: Can use any flavor of pudding.
