If you love chocolate and you love easy this is for you.! Ingredients:
2 cups flour |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups sugar |
1 teaspoon baking soda |
1/2-1 cup butter |
1/2 cup crisco shortening |
4 tablespoons cocoa powder |
1 cup water |
1/2 cup buttermilk |
2 well beaten eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
2. Put flour, cinnamon,sugar and soda in a large mixing bowl.
3. In a medium saucepan put margarine Crisco, and cocoa powder and water.
4. Bring to boil and pour over first mixture.
5. Mix well.
6. Add buttermilk, eggs and vanilla.
7. Mix.
8. Pour into well greased and floured 11 x 16 sheet pan.
9. Bake for 20 minutes.
10. Icing with Sheet Cake Icing.
