Jazz up angel food cake, nonfat ice cream, or nonfat frozen yogurt by drizzling with warm Chocolate-Rum Sauce.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup light-colored corn syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons rum
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
1. Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Gradually stir in corn syrup and rum. Cook, stirring constantly, over medium heat until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
