Chocolate Rum Balls

This is moist, delicious rum ball recipe I received from a former co-worker. It is great to have at Christmas...or even anytime!
Ingredients:
1 cup blanched ground almonds
1 cup sifted icing sugar
1 1/4 teaspoons instant coffee
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
5 tablespoons dark rum
1 tablespoon milk
1/2 cup dark chocolate (grated)
vermicelli or icing sugar, for coating
Directions:
1. Grate chocolate squares and almonds in food processor.
2. Place almonds in a large bowl and sift in the icing sugar and coffee. Add chocolate.
3. Sprinkle with 3 tablespoons of the rum and the milk.
4. Mix until the mixture is evenly moistened and is a uniform dark brown.
5. Chill for 10 minutes.
6. Shape into ball and knead several times.
7. Roll dough into 3/4 balls.
8. Dip each ball in remaining rum. Shake off excess moisture and roll in vermicelli or icing sugar.
9. Place on waxed paper to dry for 1 hours.
10. Cooking time is chilling and drying time.
