Chocolate Rum Balls

Ingredients:
2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate baking squares
1/4 cup corn syrup
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup malibu rum
2 cups oreo cookie crumbs
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
Directions:
1. Melt the chocolate on the stove, mix in remaining ingredients except coconut.
2. I find it easier to roll after it sits in the fridge overnight.
3. Roll into balls, size of your choice, and roll in fine ground Coconut.
4. Store in freezer.
