I like having one with a banana after a good workout. Only 2 points plus on the WW program. FYI, this isn't a sweet shake. Add sugar or artificial sweetener to taste if needed. (90 calories, 3.5 g fat, 8.5g carbs, 7g protein, 5.5g fiber)
Ingredients:
8 ounces silk purealmond unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 scoop the biggest loser protein powder, chocolate deluxe flavor
2 teaspoons benefiber fiber supplement, clear powder
1 cup crushed ice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon instant coffee (for a mocha shake) (optional)
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix and enjoy!
