Chocolate Peanut Butter Rocky Road Clusters

These clusters will keep several days at room temp but if your house is too warm better wrap each in wax paper and seal in plastic container and refrigerate them or in a cooler place....to avoid a meltdown hahaha
Ingredients:
16 - ounces semisweet baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
3- tablespoons creamy peanut butter
1 1/2- cups plain corn flakes ( not frosted)
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1/2- cup peanuts .toasted
Directions:
1. Line 2 - baking sheets with parchment paper or wax paper
2. melt the chocolate and peanut butter in the top of a double broiler or in a medium glass bowl in a microwave and stir unitl smooth.....
3. combine the corn flakes , marshmallows, and peanuts in a large bowl.
4. add the melted chocolate , stir gently with a rubber spatula until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.........
5. using 2 heaping tablespoons or 1 - # 20 ice cream scoop, portion 7 clusters, about 1 inch apart, width wise and lengthwise, on each baking sheet..............
6. refrigerate the clusters until firm about 30 minutes.......
7. makes 14 clusters
