Chocolate Peanut Butter Pudding Cake

Ooey-gooey chocolatey in less than an hour. Don't get much better unless you're in a TV commercial
Ingredients:
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup milk
1 egg, beaten
3 tbsp natural peanut butter
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1 cup boiling water
Directions:
1. Grease an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
2. In large bowl, whisk together flour, granulated sugar and baking powder.
3. Whisk together milk, egg and peanut butter; stir into flour mixture.
4. Scrape into prepared baking dish.
5. In heat-proof bowl, whisk brown sugar with cocoa powder; whisk in boiling water until smooth.
6. Pour over cake; do not stir.
7. Bake in 350F oven until cake is firm to touch, about 30 minutes.
8. Let cool for 10 minutes.
