Chocolate-Peanut Butter Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
4 (1-ounce) slices reduced-calorie white bread, lightly toasted and cut into 1-inch cubes
vegetable cooking spray
1/4 cup semisweet chocolate mini-morsels
1 cup fat-free milk
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1/4 cup fat-free egg substitute
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
Directions:
1. Place toasted bread cubes in a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with chocolate morsels.
2. Combine milk and remaining 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour milk mixture over bread mixture; let stand 5 minutes. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until pudding is firm. Serve warm.
