I got this as a variation on something I found on , it originally called for 2 cups Nesquik ready-made chocolate milk- but it's loaded with crap, unlike Nesquik powder- so I'm posting it as though you're making it from the powder and including a strawberry variation I made up. If you don't have Nesquik, just use syrup or another storebought chocolate or strawberry milk.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chocolate-flavor nestle nesquik powder
2 cups 1% low-fat milk
1 (3 1/2 ounce) package chocolate flavor instant pudding and pie filling mix (or vanilla-flavor)
Directions:
1. Mix the Nesquik into the milk to make chocolate milk. Then pour into a bowl and mix with the pudding mix with an electric mixer, or blend in a blender.
2. Pour into six 3-4 oz little Dixie cups and add craft sticks, or into pop molds or silicon cupcake holders and let freeze at least 6-8 hours or overnight.
3. For strawberry variation: use strawberry Nesquik and vanilla pudding mix.
