Chocolate Molten Lava Cakes

I wish I could download the flavor of these wonderful chocolate cakes. (Not to mention how beautiful they are). They come out so moist and delicious.
Ingredients:
3-1 ounce squares semi-sweet chocolate, cut into pieces
1/2 cup real mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
confectioners' sugar
Directions:
1. Line 8 of 12 bottoms of a 12-cup muffin pan with waxed paper.
2. Grease and set aside.
3. In a medium microwave-safe bowl, microwave chocolate on high for 45 seconds or until chocolate is melted.
4. Stir in mayonnaise until smooth.
5. With a wire whisk, beat in sugar and flour until blended.
6. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
7. Evenly spoon into prepared cups of pan.
8. Refrigerate 1 hour.
9. Preheat oven to 425°.
10. Bring the pan back to room temperature.
11. Bake for 9 minutes or until edges are firm but centers are still slightly soft. DO NOT OVER BAKE!!! (The centers are meant to ooze)
12. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes.
13. To serve, carefully run a sharp knife around the cake edges.
14. (DO NOT turn pan upside-down to unmold!) Then, remove waxed paper.
15. Arrange cakes, bottom side up, on serving plates. (2 cakes per serving)
16. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar and serve immediately.
