I found this recipe on Obesity Help. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting this for safe keeping.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 scoops hdt 5 chocolate protein powder
1 chocolate protein powder
1 ounce sugar free hot chocolate powder (1 packet)
1 teaspoon mint extract
1/2 cup soymilk
1/2 cup water
6 large ice cubes
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into blender. And mix to desired consistency.
2. Serve cold.
