Delicious little desserts-virtually guilt-free!
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
2/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 275. Cover cookie sheets with cooking parchment paper.
2. Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until foamy.
3. Beat in sugar, one tablespoon at a time; continue beating until stiff and glossy.
4. FOld in cocoa.
5. Drop by 1.4 inch spoonfuls onto cookie sheets.
6. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until outside is crisp and dry.
7. Cool 5 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
8. Cool completely on wire racks before storing in airtight containers.
