Chocolate Meringue Pie

Crumbly biscuit base,rich creamy chocolate filling topped with fluffy meringue.What could be more indulgent than this fabulous dessert???
Ingredients:
225 grams digestive crumbs (graham crackers)
85 grams butter, melted

3 egg yolks
50 grams caster sugar
4 tbsp cornflower
2 1/2 cups full cream milk
100 grams dark or plain chocolate, melted.

3 egg whites
125 grams caster sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp lemon zest
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 F, grease a 23cm loose bottom pan and set aside.
2. Mix the crackers crumbs and the butter and press in the bottom and sides

16. Bake for 30 minutes till meringue topping is browned.
17. Serve hot or warm. You can keep any leftovers in the fridge up to two
