Chocolate Marzipan Biscuits [cookies]

a great Passover recipe
Ingredients:
2 egg whites
3/4 cup caster sugar
1 1/2 cups almond meal
85 g dark chocolate, grated
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
2. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper.
3. Beat egg whites till soft peaks form.
4. Fold in chocolate and marzipan.
5. Using a cool spoon, place generous teaspoonfuls of mixture onto tray.
6. Bake 15 minutes, cool on trays.
