Before all those specialty coffee creamers came out; I found this recipe years ago. You can make it for yourself, or give it to someone as a gift. Taste Good !!! I'm not sure of prep. time. Ingredients:
2 cups instant powdered cocoa mix |
2/3 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer |
2/3 cup instant malted milk powder |
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Stir until well blended.
3. Store in an airtight container.
4. To serve: stir 2 heaping tsp into 8 oz hot coffee.
5. Yield: about 3 cup coffee creamer.
