Chocolate Malt Cheesecake

A take on the old fashioned malted milkshake, but a little more intense. Malted milk extract from Bickford Flavors, with whom I have done business for 16 years; quality & consistency!
Ingredients:
chocolate crust - see crust page.
1 1/2 pounds philly cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3 large eggs
10 ounce semi-sweet chocolate, melted and cooled
1 ounce malted milk extract
1 tea. vanilla
1/2 cup heavy cream
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350^.
2. Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
3. Add eggs one at a time.
4. Fold in melted chocolate.
5. Add extracts and cream, mixing thoroughly.
6. Pour into prepared pan.
7. Bake at 350^ for 55-65 minutes.
8. Let cool and refrigerate before serving.
