Chocolate Macchiato (Giada De Laurentiis)

Ingredients:
4 shots espresso (or 1 1/3 cups regular coffee)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chocolate liqueur
whipped cream, recipe follows
cocoa powder, for sprinkling
1/2 pint heavy cream, chilled
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoons powdered sugar
Directions:
1. Pour each shot of espresso into a mug. To each mug, add 1/4 cup of the heavy cream and 1/4 cup of the chocolate liqueur. Top each mug with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa powder.

3. Using an electric mixer, whip the cream in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla and the sugar and continue to beat until it reaches the consistency of whipped cream.
