Chocolate Loaf

This loaf is very simple to make and goes well with earl grey tea
Ingredients:
150 g chocolate
75 g butter
210 g condensed milk
2 tsp cinnamon powder
75 g chopped almonds and broken biscuits ( made of sugar, egg whites, and crushed almonds )
75 g dried apricots , chopped
Directions:
1. Line a loaf tin with kitchen foil .
2. In a heavy bottom pan , over low heat melt the chocolate , butter , milk and cinnamon for 4 mins .
3. Beat with a wooden spoon .
4. Stir in the almonds , biscuits and apricots .
5. Pour in the tin and chill for 1 hour or so until set .
6. Cut into slices and serve .
