Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 600 ml cream
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder

Directions:

  1. Place eggs, sugar, milk, 1/4 cup cream and vanilla in a blender.
  2. Process for 40 seconds.
  3. Gradually add cocoa, blend 30 seconds.
  4. Add 600 mls cream, blend 30 seconds.
  5. Freeze.
  6. That's it.
