Ingredients:
2/3 cup(s) milk
3/4 cup(s) semi-sweet chocolate morsel
1/4 cup(s) cold water
2 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
1 14oz can(s) eagle brand
3 large eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla
3 tablespoon(s) butter
Directions:
1. Heat milk until it just begins to bubble around edges in 3 quart pan over med heat. Do not boil. Remove from heat and whisk in chocolate morsels until melted, Cool slightly
2. Stir cold water and cornstarch until dissolved.
3. Whisk cornstarch mixture, eagle brand, eggs and vanilla into chocolate mixture, Bring to a boil over med heat, whisking constantly. Boil 1 minute. do not overcook
4. Remove fro heat and whisk in butter. Spoon mixture into piecrust. cover and chill 8 hours.
