This is the frosting for the tart from the hometown newspaper
Ingredients:
1/2 pound bitter-sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
1 cup whipping cream
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Directions:
1. Put the chocolate in a metal mixing bowl.
2. In a saucepan, bring the cream to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently.
3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate and stir until until the chocolate has melted.
