Chocolate Fudge (Somersize Level 2)

A Pat S. It's a yummy dessert treat that's legal for those on Level 2 of Somersizing, and OK to have once in a while on Level 1, too. The recipe can easily be doubled. I used to make a big batch of this while I was faithfully Somersizing and keep it in the fridge for when I had a chocolate craving. Cooking time is chilling time.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons butter
4 ounces cream cheese
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
2. Add heavy cream and cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
3. Add Splenda and adjust for taste.
4. [NOTE:I found that for my taste, I needed to add quite a bit more than the three tablespoons called for.
5. ]Heat until bubbling, stirring constantly.
6. Reduce heat and stir in cocoa and vanilla.
7. Blend well.
8. Pour into a small buttered dish.
9. Place in the refrigerator to set for 3 to 4 hours.
10. Cut into eight pieces.
