When I made this recipe I used sugar free chocolate pudding. I got this recipe from Obesity Help.
Ingredients:
2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (2 scoopsproscore 100)
2 tablespoons sugar-free instant chocolate fudge pudding mix
8 ounces water
5 large ice cubes
Directions:
1. Blend ProScore, pudding and water, add ice cubes, blend till crushed with ice slivers still un-melted.
2. Pour into insulated cup (makes about 16 oz) And eat it with a tiny silver spoon (optional).
