Ingredients:

  • 1 package (15 oz) refrigerated ready-to-use folded piecrusts
  • 1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
  • 1 cup plus 2 tbsp sugar for crust
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. 1. Fit one piecrust into 9-inch pie pan; flute edge.
  2. 2. Heat oven to 350. In medium-size saucepan, melt butter with 1 cup chocolate chips over low heat until smooth. Whisk in 1 cup sugar, the eggs, flour, salt and vanilla. Fold in remaining 1 cup chips; pour into pie shell.
