This is my favorite chocolate pecan pie that comes from Southern Livings best quick and easy cookbook.It's a very rich pie but so good especially served warm with vanilla ice cream.Yum! Ingredients:
3 eggs, lightly beaten |
1 1/2 cups sugar |
3/4 cup chopped pecans |
1/3 cup flour |
1/3 cup cocoa |
3/4 cup melted butter |
1/2 teaspoon vanilla |
1 unbaked pie shell |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in medium sized bowl.
2. Pour mixture into pie shell.Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes or until set.
