Quick and simple healthy snack!
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup honey
1/2 cup flax seed meal
1/2 cup miniature m&m baking bits (or mini chocolate chips)
1/4 cup cocoa (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate dough for 1 hour and roll into 1-inch balls. Measure out by teaspoon and scoop into individual muffin cups for individual servings.
