easy desert that will have them asking for seconds
Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding
3 cups cold milk
8 ounces cool whip
frosting
4 tbs. cocoa
2 tbs. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbs. softened butter
2 tbs karo syrup
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar
3 tbs. milk
Directions:
1. butter a 13 X 9 dish
2. line bottom with gaham crackers
3. mix pudding with milk; add cool whip, mix and spread 1/2 over crackers, place anouther layer of crackers and spread remainder of pudding mixture over the crackers, place a third layer of crackers.
4. refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. frosting;
6. beat all of the ingredients for frosting until smooth.
7. frost and refrigerate for 24 hour.
8. cut and serve
