easy desert that will have them asking for seconds Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers |
2 small boxes of vanilla instant pudding |
3 cups cold milk |
8 ounces cool whip |
frosting |
4 tbs. cocoa |
2 tbs. vegetable oil |
2 tsp. vanilla extract |
3 tbs. softened butter |
2 tbs karo syrup |
1 1/2 cups confectioner's sugar |
3 tbs. milk |
Directions:
1. butter a 13 X 9 dish
2. line bottom with gaham crackers
3. mix pudding with milk; add cool whip, mix and spread 1/2 over crackers, place anouther layer of crackers and spread remainder of pudding mixture over the crackers, place a third layer of crackers.
4. refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. frosting;
6. beat all of the ingredients for frosting until smooth.
7. frost and refrigerate for 24 hour.
8. cut and serve
