Another dessert from my youth. My mom insisted on letting it chill 24 hours in the fridge before letting anyone have a taste. The wait was torture.
Ingredients:
15-20 graham crackers-4 sections per cracker,unbroken
2 3oz boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
1 8oz package cream cheese-softened
3 cups cold milk
1 16oz tub chocolate frosting
Directions:
1. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2 baking dish with half of the graham crackers. It's okay if they overlap.
2. In a large mixing bowl,combine pudding mix,cream cheese,and milk.
3. Beat until smooth.
4. Pour pudding mixture over graham crackers.
5. Top with remaining graham crackers.
6. Remove cover and seal from frosting container. Microwave for 45-60 seconds or until runny.
7. Pour over graham crackers. Spread evenly.
8. Cover loosely with foil and refrigerate for 24 hours before serving.
