Ingredients:
2 (3 1/2 ounce) packages pudding mix, instant vanilla
1 (8 ounce) container whipped topping, frozen
3 cups milk, cold
16 ounces graham crackers
1 (16 ounce) container chocolate frosting
Directions:
1. Defrost frozen whipped topping.
2. Mix together whipped topping and pudding.
3. Beat pudding mix into milk and beat 2 minutes. Set aside.
4. Arrange a single layer of graham crackers in 13 x9 pan.
5. Spread 1/2 of the pudding mixture over the crackers. Top with another layer of crackers and pudding mixture. Top with a final layers of crackers.
6. Mircrowave frosting 20-30 seconds, until pourable.
7. Pour frosting over the crackers, spreading to the edges.
8. Chill overnight. (The crackers will soften and form cake like consistency.).
