1. First Layer: mix well press into 9 X 13 and bake at 325ยบ for 30 minutes and cool 2. Second Layer: blend sugar and cream cheese and add cool whip and spread over crust layer. 3. Third Layer: Beat together milk and instant pudding for about 2 minutes. Spread over 2nd layer and refrigerate for about 20 minutes. 4. Fourth Layer: Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
