Ingredients:
3 strawberries
8 ounces milk (skim or 1%)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
2 good squirts sugar free hershey's syrup
2 tablespoons greek yogurt
ice cube
Directions:
1. Toss everything in the blender, mix well.
2. Enjoy!
