Chocolate Coconut Shortbread Slice

My old host mom always make this for visiters and I loved it. When my sister came to AUS to visit me first time, she loved it too and took some to Japan. and all of my family in Japan loved it!!!
Ingredients:
125 g butter
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup coconut
1 pinch salt
1 cup self-raising flour
3 tablespoons condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1 cup coconut
1 tablespoon cocoa
Directions:
1. Preheat oven for 300*F.

3. In a bowl, mix butter and caster sugar until creamy.
4. Add self-raising flour, coconut, pinch of salt and mix well.
5. Grease a square slab pan with butter.
6. Press evenly into prepared pan.
7. Bake until the top gets nice and brown color.
8. while baking biscuits base, prepare icing for the top.
9. Mix all icing ingredients well.
10. When biscuits base baked, spread icing mixture all over the top while base is still hot.
11. cool in pan.
12. Cut into pieces and eat!
