Ingredients:
2 ounces coconut milk
6 ounces cold water
4 tablespoons chocolate protein powder (2 scoops)
1 teaspoon sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix or 1 teaspoon banana instant pudding
Directions:
1. Hand shake well.
