Sorry, I can't remember which one. I fixed it for a church potluck and came home with none.
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons butter
1 cup self rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cups boiling water
Directions:
1. Melt butter in 13x9 pan or dish at 350 degrees.
2. Combine flour, 3/4c sugar, pecans, 1-1/2T cocoa, milk and vanilla in a small bowl.
3. Spoon over melted butter.
4. DO NOT STIR.
5. Mix 1c sugar and the 1/4c cocoa together and sprinkle back and forth over the batter.
6. DO NOT STIR.
7. Pour boiling water over top.
8. DO NOT STIR.
9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min.
10. Cool somewhat.
11. Cover with hot fudge sauce and vanilla ice cream, if desired.
