Chocolate Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup dark brown sugar, packed
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
2 large egg whites
1/3 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
cooking spray, 1 spray
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Lightly spoon flour into a dy measuring cup, level with knife. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in a large body.
3. Beat butter and brown sugar with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy; gradually add granulated sugar, beating well. Add cocoa and egg whites, beating until blended. Stir in chocolate minichips.
4. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool on pan 2 minutes or until firm. Remove cookies from pans; cool completely on wire racks.
