Chocolate Chip Zucchini Muffins Or Bread

This is a very moist zucchini bread made with pineapple and chocolate chips. Kids love it especially when made into muffins.
Ingredients:
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
2 teas. vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini
1 (8 1/4-ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teas. baking soda
1/4 teas. baking powder
1 teas. salt
1 1/2 teas. cinnamon
3/4 teas. ground nutmeg
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate morsels
1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions:
1. Combine eggs, oil, sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth and thickened.
2. Stir in zucchini, pineapple, flour baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices.
3. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
4. Spread batter in 2 greased 9x5x3 loafpans or in muffin pans, filling cups about 1/2 full.
5. Bake loaves at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until wooden pick comes out clean; bake muffins at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
6. Makes 2 loaves or 3 doz. muffins
