Chocolate Chip Whipped Cream Loaf

This rich and delicate cake is made with whipping cream. Sinfully delicious!
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup semisweet mini chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Grease and flour 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
3. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in medium bowl and set aside.
4. Beat whipping cream in large bowl at high speed until soft peaks form.
5. Add eggs and vanilla and continue beating just until blended.
6. Gently stir in flour mixture and chocolate chips by hand until blended.
7. Pour batter into prepared pan.
8. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
9. Run knife around edges of pan to loosen and turn out onto cooling rack.
10. Cool completely.
