Quick and easy dessert snack to put together at the last minutes when you don't have a lot of time and want something sweet and yummie to munch on while watching TV. Enjoy
Ingredients:
whole graham crackers (4 1/2 x 2 1/4-inches), broken into squares
1 cup margarine or butter
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate mini-morsels
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Fill a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan with a single layer of graham
3. crackers.
4. Combine butter and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly until butter melts; boil 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in cinnamon and pecans. Pour mixture evenly over graham crackers; spread to edges of pan, covering graham crackers completely.
5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from oven and
6. sprinkle with chocolate morsels. Cool in pan for 5 minutes; carefully
7. separate and transfer to waxed paper lined cookie sheets using a
8. spatula. Refrigerate until chocolate hardens.
9. Store cookies, layered between waxed paper in air-tight container in
10. refrigerator.
